Course Objectives The purpose of this course is to teach the trade registry, the structure of trade registry organization, its duties and powers, the transactions made in the trade registry and their legal consequences theoretically and to develop them with practical examples.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Define the structure, operation, duty and authority of the trade registry.
  • Explain all processes related to the establishment of a trading company.
  • Apply the procedures and principles of holding a general assembly meeting of a company and the registration procedures subject to registration.
  • Distinguish all stages of application and registration process to the registry.
  • Submit application through MERSIS.
  • Evaluate the problems and solution processes in practice related to registry transactions.
Course Description The subject of this course is to teach the operation and structure of the trade registry, especially the execution of registry transactions in the example of limited companies.
